Nadine was feeling powerless in her general wellbeing habits, she was worried about her food habits but also play was a constant internal battle as she knew some of the habits she had was affecting her health. But after our sessions together, she declared “I can now say with confidence that those areas are bringing me satisfaction and joy instead of internal conflict”
Kate was always judging herself for not doing enough and this ended up backfired into procrastination. After our sessions together, Kate declared that the insights and action-based session, helped her to make practical changes and actions to live in the present moment and removed judgment from her behaviours.
Belinda felt stuck in her day to day and she felt bored, unmotivated and unable to things that she wants. After our sessions together, Belinda declared that she didn’t know how stuck she was in her mindset, she said she felt freer, she learnt how to speak her mind and brought self power back….
Louise had trouble with her young child. He reminded him a lot of herself and so she had high expectations of him just as her parents had of her when she was young. This was causing her to feel that she was not a good parent or she was doing something wrong. After our sessions together, Louise declared “Corinne has helped me become a better mother and helped me through my own fears and worries, I now feel clearer”
Most people I work with say that they don’t know how to focus on one thing at a time. They feel too overwhelmed to get started then procrastinate once they do find the resolve to make changes. It feels hard to get out of the comfort zone and the seemingly endless negative thinking loops keep them feeling stuck.
The cause:
It’s our overdoing, overthinking, comparing ourselves, judging ourselves, attending to our own needs last.
It is our very own thinking and the way we see ourselves in this world that is stopping us from flowing with life.
Flow with Life is a 6 week practice that will take you step by step to experience more joy, peace and flow with life.

Purpose
We will talk about Purpose- Why it is important and How you can find your purpose in order to live a more fulfilled life.
Faith
What do I mean by Faith? Whether what you believe it is God or something else, Faith is your antidote to Fear when life is throwing curve balls at you. You’ll learn simple ways to cultivate trust in yourself, your abilities and strength.
